Positions

Grove City College is accepting applications for a part-time
(8 months per year March-October; up to 30 hours per week) grounds crew position. Responsible for all
aspects (mowing,
trimming, leaf removal, etc.) involved in
maintaining and
keeping the campus
lawns, athletic fields,
roadways, sidewalks,
parking areas, trees, shrubbery and other related areas in
proper condition. Prior grounds/maintenance experience as indicated above is preferred. Must be able to handle heavy lifting & carrying up to 150 pounds on a routine basis. Must
be able to operate
tractors & equipment
(including snow plows, athletic field lining
machines, weed
eaters, etc.). Must
have a valid driver’s
license and be able to
drive and operate a
standard shift vehicle.
Required to work with heights (60 foot ladder & scaffolding), in
tunnels & confining spaces & ditches.
